Electricity and heating is included in the price. Linen and towels are included in the price.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking. We ask for the balance of the tariff four weeks prior to your arrival date. Non-payment of the balance will be taken as cancellation. For bookings made within one month of your arrival date, we ask for the full payment.
Due to our remote island location we have to operate a strict cancellation policy. We reserve the right to make a full charge for any cancellation made within 28 days of arrival. These charges will only apply if we are unable to re-let the property.We strongly recommend you arrange a holiday cancellation insurance policy, which should include cancellations due to adverse weather.
